Is there swimwear out there that allows you to tan through it?

I live in Canada Alberta, and it's winters are so cold. I'm very excited spring is right around the corner, and I want to be prepared to tan when the time comes. I would like to be able to get a nice even tan throughout my body, but unfortunately tanning nude is not an option, and I hate tan lines. Is there special swimwear for this?
Also, since I'm not an expert, what temperature/month here in Alberta would be the best temperature to START tanning? Thanks!

yes you can buy them but i don’t know if they’re any good. all the ones i’ve seen are really ugly tho

You may not know that sun tan is actually dead skin and will wash away. If you want a proper tan the best is out on the sea when the air and wind will tan you so best is to obtain a boat possibly with friends who are like minded – so fortunately tanning nude is an option. Have you just moved to Alberta? Even I know the temps and months. So you can obtain this on internet.
