Roxy rash guards, fit and size help?

I just bought one, it's a size medium. Is it supposed to fit on the shorter side? It's a little short on me, but it still works, and it fits fine otherwise. Will it change once i wear it in the water?
rashguards/rideshirts are s'posed to fit a little snug and yeah it will be on the short side (if it bothers you then just go to the next size) and no it shouldn't change too much once it's wet. it's just mainly to protect you from the sun and keep the wind off of you a little.

Try it on in a store, they get bigger in water.

Rash-guards are supposed to fit like a second skin and be very snug and possibly short depending on your torso length.
If you want a looser one, try going one or two sizes larger, it will fit more like a long sleeve shirt.
